What is Scheduled Premium?

Scheduled Premium is a set of extra features which make Scheduled more fun. When you enable Premium, then the following features are available:

  • You can have more than 3 messages in your queue
  • You can import your contact birthdays
  • You will have an archive with all sent messages

How much does Premium cost?

$1.99 per month for the Premium plan and $5 for the Business plan.

What is Scheduled Premium?

Scheduled Premium has all Premium features included, and can send SMS messages automatically.

 

Why do I need credits?

The credits are only applicable for iOS users. We need the credits, because we send your message via a SMS gateway. We need to pay the gateway per SMS.

How much does a credit cost?

You will get 10 credits in advance when you subscribe and we will add 5 credits to your account per month. When you want to buy more credits. Then you can buy extra credits:

  • 10 Credits $2.99
  • 100 Credits $15.99
  • 50 Credits $8.99
  • 150 Credits $18.99

I want to plan more than 3 messages

When you want to plan more than 3 messages then you can unlock this by enabling the Premium features.

Which messenger do you support?

Yes, we support: iMessage, Messenger, Whatsapp, Telegram, Twitter, Line, Slack, Phone and more!

Why do I need notifications?

This is how we communicate to you when the deadline of a message is reached.

Can I join the beta program?

You can join the TestFlight team if you have an iPhone. Send us an email with your Apple ID.

How do I contact you for any feedback?

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’ll try to help you with any problem you’re having and listen to the feedback you have. We appreciate all the help we get. If you would still like to cancel your subscription you can do so by following the instructions on apple’s website.

My message was sent by a different number on iOS, why?

The USA, Canada, Belgium and Czech have restrictions regarding the outgoing phone number. Because of this, your auto send messages may be sent from a virtual number. You can add a signature to make sure your contacts know who sent the message. Scheduled for Business plan members can have a fixed phone number with Auto Send.

The recipient will reply to this virtual number. We are currently busy with adding a feature that you also see this replies in the app. We will release this soon.

When you take the Premium plan, then we will first send you a reminder and will you be able to send the message through iMessage, so with your own number. But this is message will NOT get Auto Send.

My message didn’t sent via Auto Send on iOS

This can have multiple causes:

  1. Did you have an internet connection when you scheduled the message? We need to upload the message to our database to scheduled the message.
  2. Are you 100% sure that your numbers were correct? Make sure the mobile phone numbers you enter are correct and valid. This way you won’t waste balance on messages sent to non-existent phone numbers.
  3. Format all your numbers internationally. As we send from our platform all over the world you will need the country prefix. Add the country prefix, and take off the + and the first 0 from the number.
  4. The telephone of the recipient was turned off or out of network coverage
  5. The messages are processed by an Application Provider and sends the messages to the recipients Telecom provider. Sometimes there is a bug or hick up between those two providers. This can be solved by restarting the recipients device.
  6. We can’t send messages to network provider numbers, like “1233”.

Please send us your number and the number of the recipient when you are sure everything was correct.

How much is the business plan?

The price of the business plan depends on the number of messages you want to send. The fixed number will be a new number we will give you. So you will always send messages from this number. Nobody else will use this number.

I can’t find the reply in iOS

We are not able to use functions from iMessage to Auto Send the message on iOS. Unfortunately Apple is very strict. So we are forced to use an external SMS gateway to handle the Auto Send messages. These messages are not send via iMessage so will not be available in your iMessage history.

When you don’t Auto Send a message, then we send you a notification and then you need to confirm the message first. Then the message will get sent via iMessage.

Can I Auto Send messages via Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger?

We don’t support Auto Send for Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger :(. Whatsapp and Facebook doesn’t allow us to.

You are able to schedule messages for Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp by scheduling message without enabling the Auto Send feature. Then you will get a push notification when a message is scheduled and you can easily send it with Whatsapp.
